COVID-19 Update December 21st 2021

Over the past 48 hours, we’ve received countless inquiries from patients about our visitor policy and the potential for overcrowding in our waiting rooms.

Over the past 48 hours, we’ve received countless inquiries from patients about our visitor policy and the potential for overcrowding in our waiting rooms. Given the ongoing community concerns about the spread of COVID19 and with the health and safety of our patients, staff and community in mind, Mercer Bucks Orthopaedics will reimplement a “NO VISITOR” policy until FURTHER NOTICE. Please note, we are committed to doing everything possible to ensure safe and quality care is delivered. We will continue to make reasonable accommodations for pediatric visits, patients with physical and/or developmental disabilities, and/or language barrier patients. Personal protective equipment such as a mask will continue to be required.

We will encourage those designated family members not able to enter the office/building the opportunity to connect with the family member via cell or some other designated mobile device during the appointment from an external location. As well, we encourage all of our patients, if needed, to schedule a telehealth/video visit with the designated provider. Again, with the safety of everyone as our utmost goal, we thank you for your understanding of this policy to ensure the safety of everyone.
