Our MBO employees have risen to the challenge of going to work every day, taking care of our patients and doing it with a smile on their faces and kindness in their hearts. They honestly want to be here to help you with your orthopedic concerns...

At Mercer-Bucks Orthopaedics we are so grateful to our employees for their continued work to help those in need.

Our MBO employees have risen to the challenge of going to work every day, taking care of our patients and doing it with a smile on their faces and kindness in their hearts. They honestly want to be here to help you with your orthopedic concerns.

Thank you MBO Team, you are truly one of a kind.

Our offices are open and able to accommodate any orthopedic need. Your condition may require that you come to our office to be evaluated in person or via our telehealth program where you can have an appointment virtually without leaving your home.

How do you know if you need to be seen? We have gone one step further for you and now offer a triage service so when you call the office, you speak with one of our physician assistants and they can determine if an in-office visit is necessary. This offers you peace of mind knowing a medical professional is providing you the best possible options specific to your needs.

To reach our office call: 855-896-0444 or request an appointment online.

We Listen...We Care

We Listen...We Care

As we proceed day by day through this Covid-19 pandemic, the safety of our patients, staff and providers are of the utmost importance. Therefore we continue to take the necessary precautionary measures and to do our part to help prevent the spread of this virus. Please review these guidelines prior to your visit.

  • A screening questionnaire will be conducted: Patients are screened both at the time of scheduling an appointment in addition to their arrival into our office. Patients are reminded the day before their appointments to let us know if they have any signs of a fever, significant cough, and/or flu-like symptoms such as body aches, headache, weakness and/or fatigue. If a patient is exhibiting any of these signs, their appointment will be cancelled, they will be instructed to call their primary care physician and to reschedule their appointment when they are symptom-free and cleared by their PCP.
Limitations on patient accompaniment: Patients will be asked to come to their appointments alone, or limit accompaniment to 1 person if necessary. Necessary exceptions include those who are elderly, immobile, or a minor. All visitors aside from the above exceptions will be instructed to remain in their vehicles.
  • Practice social distancing: Patients in the waiting room shall sit at least 6 feet apart from one another. If there is not enough room for patients in the waiting area, patients will be asked to wait in their vehicles after check-in and will be notified when the provider is ready for them.
  • Our staff has also been instructed to practice social distancing from each other.
  • Appointments will be spaced out to help minimize overlapping of too many patients at one time.
  • iPads will be wiped down in between every patient use with antiseptic agents.
  • Each patient will be offered a clean pen. After use, pens will be cleaned with approved antiseptic agents before being distributed for use again.
  • Clipboards and countertops will be cleaned and wiped between each patient.
  • Door handles and office countertops in patient rooms will be wiped clean with antiseptic agents after EVERY patient.
  • Employees and anyone entering our offices MUST wear some type of facial cloth mask cover. Due to shortages of PPE, we are unable to provide masks to patients or visitors at this time.
  • All common reading materials (magazines etc.) have been removed from our waiting areas.
  • All employees reporting to duty are required to take their own temperature and log it in a book upon arrival to the office.
  • Patients will be encouraged to wash their hands thoroughly upon arrival and departure from our offices.
  • All staff members are required to thoroughly wash their hands before and after each patient encounter.

We hope these measures give you peace of mind knowing that we are doing all we can to protect you and our staff. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call one of MBO's team members at 855-896-0444.

We continue wishes of good health and safety to each of you!
